Nope - spent it on scratch off tickets and cigarettes and about a year after we bought the property we had to evict her.  

She just left the property on Sunday and I did the walk through to assess any damages and immediately was hit by a very strong smell of cigarette smoke.

When they realize that they will loose the roof over their head the rent suddenly moves ahead of other bills such as car, groceries, cell phone, weed, beer, cigarettes, lottery, new purse etc.....The ones that really can't come up with the money, well tough.

I also couldn't get tenants to put cigarette butts in the can - they would leave them on the ground next to it.  

Oddly enough A gas powered pressure washer will blast out any stain imaginable in carpeting..( thank you YouTube)  But I will Pre treat with .99 cent joy from the dollar store if it’s human blood spilled koolaid or has cigarette ash stains .

Countless times I have heard a sob story and as I look around their home, I see liqueur bottles and packs of cigarettes.

House trashed, full of beer cans and cigarette packages.

Hookah is definitely what I was worried about haha but this seems to be more cigarettes and weed. 

Hey @Tyler Flagg - there are a few forum articles on here about rehabbing houses with really bad cigarette damage.

Smokers are not a protected class anywhere.Not cigarette smokers, anyway.I never have, and NEVER will to a smoker.
