For a new agent a 2nd source of income that is flexible and puts you in the same room (or car) as people whom you otherwise would not have met is a perfect recipe for lead generation.Sounds like you have a good head on your shoulders, good luck to you i'm sure you will do great.

And I bought my daughter a brand new car as I promised her if she made deans list at Davis I would do that.. she graduated with a 3.97 GPA and is now an executive at Intel.. best 80k I ever spent.

Last Friday he came to me at 3pm and said he needed $2K immediately and would sign over his house he owes $132K on to get it as long as we could do the other $29K in a separate deal with his 1980 classic sports car as additional collateral.  

I didn't know it would become a car, a new house or debt relief on your existing house.
