I smell like my "trademark scent" cotton candy every day.

I'm literally like a kid in a candy store, because I'm test driving everything before I actually use them for my sites.Looking back, I only went with Weebly because I wanted to get a site on the internet just to establish some type of credibility, I didn't mind building it myself, and it was FREE.

Pass them out like candy.

Add vending machines, soda, candy, laundry facilities, etc.

Patrick Bet David always says if you have a small amount of money, why not buy and sell t-shirts, candy, or toys to increase your income. 

When that happens re the EV chargers expect your electric rates to skyrocket as the place the hidden gasoline taxes on the electric service you pay for.And when they have you hooked on these electric cars, expect there to be no incentives in the tax code for having them (that's just candy from a stranger). 

@Jeremy S.I have not personally used about face but there is grant money for signs, and other exterior modifications to promote business in the downtown area.I've had buildings downtown that have had commercial kitchen, lawyers office, candy store, cake store, etc.
