SO step #1, is get an investor carrot website.2) Work on your credibility.3) Look into SEOANY other advise you get, put that on the back burner.

The cost of construction and the fact that we live 4 hours away and would be very limited in being able to manage subs and also do some of the work ourselves left us deciding to put that idea on the back burner. 

We scaled up rather quickly in LTR and kind of put STR on the back burner, but the time has come to refocus on STR investing.
