Hello all,
Those of you who are in real estate full time now and left your w-2:
Looking back, would you have left w2 earlier (assuming income wasn't an issue)
I have a well paying W2 job but its very time consuming/demanding that REI is often on the back-burner.

Quote from @Roselin G.:
We have a record number of real estate agents in America, but the market is slowing down. This means fewer agents will sell enough to earn a living and a lot of these agents will go back to W2 jobs in the next 1-2 years.
You can still do it, but go in with eyes wide open. Most agents are earning less than the median income for their area during the first 2-3 years of sales and that's in an average year. In lean years you can expect to make less.
