I don't know how to post documents to my profile yet or if that's a thing but I just made a 4 page ASR package based off of another site.

I am 70% thru the materials and will likely go back and do a quick review of all materials before siting for the exam.

The land assessment value is on the tax assessor's site in every county, but that doesn't hold a ton of relevance in my opinion.

Being able to be on site and able to commute 20-30 hours a week on the project is crucial for me 

From what I have tried to read from a non partisan site (tough to find nowadays) I believe the issue has been insurance companies lost billions in the past five years and the past 5-10 years have had the most costly fires ever.

Kate I see Avalara but from looking at their site it is not clear if they are actually making the payments or are they just helping you figure out the amounts to remit?

Been thinking about investing in one of these sites, but want to hear which other wholesalers have had more success with and which offers the most benefits versus the cost.

@Henry Clark other than just a normal google search of "population of x" town, is there a specific site you use?

Like "Biggest single family propetry management mistakes ever" etcGeez, this site it kind of clunky.
