According to state law you can evict them yourself if you can do so without creating disorder, something impossible if the tenant resists. 

This isn't exact (for instance OSU campus does show high crime, but most is unviolent like disorderly or vandalism) but it will give you a good idea of good and bad areas.

I would never deny somebody because of a misdemeanor, they could’ve had a minor consumption disorderly conduct years ago when they were in college or do you are you along time ago.
