This is why starting a business with "no money, credit, or business experience/savvy whatsoever" is a (I really really want to use some foul language here) joke. 

You have to know what $200k smells like in your area and feels like.

After looking at well over 150 properties myself (pre-foreclosure, probate, wholesalers, etc) and talking to dozens and dozens of investors who are very experienced in the Chicago market as well as a couple of brokers that specialize in investment properties and move 1,200+ REO properties per year, I've been told by every single one of them that deals with this criteria are almost non-existent in this market.In speaking with one of KFN's own people I was told they only know of one deal that's been done in Chicago that meets their criteria.This is smelling very, very much "scammy".When asking one of their people about getting a refund because we've found no properties that meet their criteria and have gained no value whatsoever from their program, we were initially told that there's a 3 day right to rescind and after that all sales are final.I've sent email to their CEO and have yet to receive a response.I'd like to believe that companies still do business with integrity and do the right thing and give a refund when a customer is dissatisfied with their product/service.

These property management companies have their own Lawyers, If they paid me back they knew they are Foul playing, I play by rules and Expect the same from others , and I don't agree with people who are siding with wrong side and attacking back and also taking their grudge on others is far from being Professional rather they should not be in the jobs where they donot have patience

The older ones are smoother, but I ain't into smooth, I like the smoky peat taste...my wife says I 'smell like dirt'. 2nd place is The McCallan.I do occasionally go with bourbon though and we both like Bulliet.

Not knowing details, smells like loan fraud with a straw buyer.

Wonder why you house has a continual ant/bug/smell problem. 

You are not in a financial position to fund a long drawn out legal battle nor pay a significant retainer to an attorney3.

That smells suspect from 100 miles away.

Some negative press could come up along with the morale battles with yourself.
