Tapas and food are great. 

However, with Mexican food being popular in inflationary times due to its perceived value, Darden believes Chuy's can grow sustainably without needing to become a full-blown national chain.

Our amazing view location is beating out pool cabins and we do not have the hassles of a pool in the smokies, especially an indoor pool...food for thought. 

I just want help or advice on building it from the ground up and not getting overwhelmed by all the options at once and take baby steps towards the bigger picture.

If you put in the time, you will succeed, not as fast as you might have thought it would, but baby steps and patience is all you need.

I attend 3-5 meetups monthly and we have local meetup https://www.cirpp-live.com/ been arounds since 1974 and we meet twice a month (one network night at local spot food, drinks, socialize and one day 1130am-1pm guest speaker and food at I-Hotel on campus) that have found vendors, private lenders, etc.

This will help you to understand deal structures from the LP perspective and will give you some credibility if you raise money for others.Also, be prepared to "eat your own dog food" - invest your money in the same deal you're raising money for.

I had one were my PM calls me its in INDY cold winter they just had baby cant  afford the rent and heat just take no payment for 2 months then they will add the balance any pay it off.. well of course after 2 months they just left  LOL..

They are not accepting comps from food or other similar lease terms.
