It did not start this way, in 2017 through 2020(right before Covid) I worked 12 hour days, minimum, but I had the support I needed and knew to balance certain things. 2020-2021 I worked more, I would say. 2022 systems were put in place; this is where most wealthy will fail to become ultra wealthy and you'll  see the horrible climb & never  the view.

I’m surprised that in itself isn’t viewed as a red flag. 

I've looked at it repeatedly because I love the country but have never been able to justify it to myself from an investment point of view.

I’ve been struggling with no bookings for two months and low view rate, and to top it off, the city just set stricter rules for short-term rentals.

From their point of view, I made a stupid decision and they no longer want me to become an investor and rather see me go to college.

How are you going to view properties, do the reno deal with the inspections ect? 

Open to ocean view, close to tourist areas by transit, farm ground or ranch land.  

I love the feedback received so far and certainly appreciate the time everyone has provided to share their views and experiences.The relocation benefit the company will provide is also unique as they will possibily cover the closing costs in case of a sale (not sure if its in its entirety though) or provide 2 years of property management if we decide to rent.
