How much does asphalt single cost to replace (including labor)? 

We are interested in a property and the driveway is maybe 25% asphalt from the street and somewhat down hill.

Hello,Looking for some SanDiego locals who have some suggestions for asphalt and fencing contractors.  

New asphalt for parking lot, landscaping, exterior paint of the brick, etc. 

I mean project still went because the business expanding was booming, but that was 125k of useless pavement.

On a larger park, I would recommend a formal cost segregation study for this, but an 8 unit park is too small for that to make sense, so you can also assign a value in the bill of sale to include:Landscaping shrubbery & trees: 35 mature trees approx. 20’ tall each, pool equipment, roads: XXX square yards of asphalt paving, sidewalk and curbing, electrical pedestals, concrete pads, underground utilities for electric, sewer or septic, pool, clubhouse, etc. 

I improved the management of the Subway which generated more cash flow and did minor improvement to the property (asphalt refinished, painting the exterior of the building, new lighting).
