But other parts of the island do not have this except for the small airplanes and helicopters that are always flying around.

You are flipping houses, Camille, not borrowing against large commercial properties, which could require dealing with a large out of town lender (and an airplane ticket I'll add).

As for tax savings just buy a bigger airplane and take the 179 deduction and make as much as you can on your real estate ..

The whole idea is to pick residents who will stay and pay, not use multi-million dollar assets to make $5,000 increments to middleman customers into another product.That would be like jumping out of an airplane with no parachute.Good Luck!

I didn't take him seriously until he booked an overseas airplane tickets to attend my sister's university convocation ceremony in Guelph.

Without inflating the dollar, along with going to war, we wouldn't have air conditioning, refrigerators, food surplus, obesity, TV, the Internet, computers, cell phones, airplanes, aluminum foil, lasers, mass transportation, radar, GPS, cheap clothing, an abundance of fuel, "forever stamps", office chairs, lots and lots and lots of housing sub divisions and everything in them.

I was surprised to see that many of the large hangers 50 X 60 were mainly used for anything but airplanes.. 

Everybody knew in 2004-2006 if they held a house for one quarter the price would appreciate and they could refi to another teaser rate loan, take more money out to do fixes or leverage for more buys, and then also by boats and airplanes.
