You could likely be pulling in $1,250 a month or more.While I admire your loyalty, it appears that you are kinda taking a big hit monthly... which slightly defeats the purpose of investing.Also, I'm curious as to where your $110K number came from.

Now I know it's not the most admirable title as opposed to account executive but I have made very good money doing that and also the lessons I have learned about going out there and being a hustler, especially lessons I have learned about being an entrepreneur have been priceless and they are lessons I couldn't have learned so well from just reading a book or taking a seminar.

I greatly admire those individuals for having the courage to give up their mortgage careers and start from scratch as realtors when the mortgage industry got stupid.It is now illegal to do give out bonuses and whatnot for putting people in crummy loans.
