Hello,
My name is Dave & I am interested in real estate because I want to be my own boss & make my money work for me. I realize that there is a lot of work to be done when you buy real estate, but I am not afraid of doing that kind of work for myself. I have several friends that own multiple properties & I would like to be able to do the same, some renting & some flipping. I am just not sure how to start the process since I do not have much money to get started with.
