On the forum stats on the dashboard, there is a chart that shows posts, votes, and profile views.  

How do I get this removed from the top of my dashboard?  

NOTE: If you want people to see your website, add it to your signature by going to the dashboard and editing your profile.

I can't get to the Dashboard and am missing the last 2 hours of posts.

You should research some of the excellent materials that are available (dash board) on these pages; the pod casts, the blogs, the controls, the forms are all excellent and best of all they have been developed by individuals that are active in the field.

What I do is click "Dashboard" in the upper right, click "Forum" just below that, and select "My Posts" from the drop-down menu.
