It was part of his strategy though...ended up owning motels, hotels, winery, lots and lots of apartments, single families, and other real estate.   

Across the mountain, Afton/Nellysford is a very in-demand area on the 151 trail (tons of breweries, wineries, events), but inventory is scarce. 

We are a publicly traded firm and our strict focus is niche/specialty insurance markets (i.e. vacation rentals, bed & breakfast, wineries, outfitters and guides, etc.).

It's near the wineries, breweries and casinos of Temecula.   

It's a beautiful home with 4 Ionic pillars; two porches; a driveway that fits 7-10 cars (easily); and easily accesses all of best restaurants, wineries, college, and other attractions of the Finger Lakes.

The wedding business, wineries, etc are all growing the area as a must-see destination.  

Fredericksburg is a great location with all of its' wineries. 

Is it a winery (creating wine from grapes either to market brands -"labels"- themselves or to sell wine to other wineries)? 

well that's a saying we had in the Napa Valley if you wanted to  have a million bucks spend 2 million on a winery LOL.
