this guy scammer has been making the rounds your about the 3rd person this week with the exact same thing..found on facebook here read these terms.its a fruad a scam the nigerian prince scam  send your money to the Ukraine that type of thing.First off.NO LENDER loans as little as 10k  but then says up to 10 million  thats the first big BS item LOL.NO lender lends 100% to a first time borrower found on social media.Real lenders collect their fee at close NOT up front..

I had been kicking around doing something up in OKC, but the distance has me spooked.  

This is nothing but an empty threat from a crap tenant that wants to spook you into paying them off.

I think they spooked as now they have just served me with a 30-day notice to move as they now have a house in escrow.They told me they will be out of the house by August 20th and asked if I wanted them to pay pro-rated rent for the month up until the 20th or if I would just like to keep a portion of the deposit to cover the pro-rated amount. 

Also, how to tell the tenants/ask them to tidy up for the appraisal without spooking them that the house is being sold or something of that nature?

They tend to not be as savvy, so something like an outstanding permit might spook them.

There must be some legal/insurance nuance that must be spooking you since on the surface it doesn't make sense. 

I think its a short term spook and our markets are ready for any reason to break this overheated/record setting bull run.

The down payment alone is daunting, but the ~$8000/month mortgage for 30 years is what really spooks me.
