Start by asking what the numbers look like. then ask yourself, do you and your aunt see things similarly or do you have very different ideas on the property?

It’s worth having some conversations with a lender who offers DSCR or similar programs.

I use this and share with my team (i.e) drone photographers, VAs, reatlors, partners, etc.Zoho Forms, I use this to collect info from leads, buyers, etc.Zoho Desk, this is a ticketing where all inquires go to and since it integrates with Zoho Forms, it creates a ticket within Zoho Desk + New Lead within Zoho.Zoho Cliq, similar to slack, I communicate with my team with this software.

Bit of a crossroads here, I'm hoping someone with a similar situation could chime in.

Similarly, if you put several Class D tenants in a Class A 4-plex, what do you think will happen to the property?

Where I differ with most of the posters on this thread is that I feel solutions can be developed to address the problems and something similar to what the OP suggests would be viable.
