I would then scroll down the list and find LLC's with FL mailing addresses that are obviously not Mortgage companies or home builders.

You can go onto the website socalmls.com and input the name of the city, on left side, scroll down, and check the box for active and solds, then do a search.

Be adventurous, just Google your favorite thing to do then go to images, which is right above the results, then scroll through the pictures and grab the one that fits you best, save it to your hard drive then upload it...

Perhaps this is not the right place for it, but since I have your attention, I had mentioned that now since anybody makes a post, the next screen takes you to the bottom of the thread where your post is and it would be nice to have a top botton to click on rather than having to scroll back to the top.
