I would ensure receiving mail is not going to be a cluster as well as shared yard/spaces are addressed.

It's not a waste of water if you're on a well and the hot tub is drained in the yard, which the ground would soak up.

Some minor damages along the way (like a door screen punched out).We have a fenced yard.

You have a full basement, more bathrooms, more bedrooms, maybe two living spaces, a garage, a yard, gutters, trees, fence, driveway etc. - all things you don't have in a small apartment.

I've also known a few people who add  simple yard decorations or outdoor chairs to give the appearance of it being lived in.

Another house might be a single family home with a fenced yard and LVP flooring and be more suitable for allowing pets. 3.

Your yard requirements may very well start inside the easements reducing the buildable area as compared to a lot of the same size without those easements.
