They pay $1000+ for a place, and they are happy to pay it.You have to understand Dearborn Heights(New Rochelle), and the Pointes(similiar to Rye or Scarsdale) to place them similar to NY suburbs(I travel extensively for work) which are nice areas aren't far down I-94, nice schools, parks, extremely safe, lots of amenities.
