Hey everyone just looking for advice I'm in Montreal Quebec and am having issues with my tenants refusing the rent increase because they renovated my property without my authorization nor me even knowing and they feel they can refuse my rent increase because they feel they payed for the renovations that I should be thankful and they won't be accepted any rent increases and are refusing to speak with us.

I found this beaten up cheap 119k bungalow in the eastern townships of Quebec.

I have been contemplating purchasing an investment property for the last three years and after learning so much from this platform and various BP podcasts, I’ve decided to take action.I’ve recently purchased a Triplex with Québec, Canada and am mixed with both excitement and nervousness with this new venture.

They can figure out that there are real estate bubbles all around in the US and Canada and they understand it doesn't make sense to overbid for an already overpriced piece of property and get negative cash flow with a higher risk of depreciation than appreciation.There was an alarmist article about the situation in Canada in Quebec's main newspaper about this topic just a few days ago.

Is now the time to buy in Quebec, or better wait.
