Is equity a must if a property cash flow?
Hi guys! I live in Québec, Canada and I am looking to buy my first property. Now we are in a very competitive market. Rentals properties are sold almost right after that they are listed so it is very difficult to buy property under market value. My plan was to buy a property at 75% of his market value but it will be a huge challenge. Do you think that if I buy a property at or above market value it may be a good deal if it cash flow even if there is no equity at first?
Thank you!
