LOAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS(1) Borrower must have an active bank account in his/her personal or company name which will be used to receive the loan funds transfer.(2) Borrowers must have a valid means of identification (drivers license, national identity card, passport).(3) Borrowers must provide a recent utility bill (phone, light, water, gas, etc...).(4) Borrower must be able to provide at least two months' bank statement of the recipient account details as proof of signatory.(5) The borrower is to provide a copy of the purchase contract agreement entered with the seller.

It has gotten to the point where I've decided I'm going to get another passport - sadly it's only going to get more clownish here.

You need the articles of incorporation, the certificate of incorporation, drivers license or passport.

I'd love to hear the opinions from both sides.My opinion- Create a balanced portfolio & invest in Cleveland, then use your passport to cross the border and also invest in Texas.

I love that you dont need a passport as it is US TERRITORY.My husband was born there and I was born in the Mountains of NC Either or both places are a good aim at a post retirement Airbnb type home.

They have provided us their company's offer letter and passport copies.

If so, you can do one this way or you can use their passport information and birth date as well as place of birth to get it.I read someone say if they are not documented or don't have an SSN pass on them, don't do that, its illegal. 

I asked for his Student Visa and Passport and he got real funny about it saying no ones asked me for that before.
