Estimating Rehab Costs in Knoxville TennesseeWhat's the rule of thumb price for rehab costs per square foot you might be using?

I don't generally invest in central florida, I'm pretty honed in on Knoxville, TN at the moment. 

Any recommendations in the Knoxville/Pigeon Forge Area?

We had some money left and then we changed our focus from Chattanooga to Knoxville and bought a duplex and then a quadplex and put money into those as well and have those rented out. 

@Chuck Kramer we had a group of what I believe to be opportunistic college students from Knoxville try to book our place last week. 

I am settled in the Knoxville area and work at the one of (if not the) largest Building Materials and Hardware Supply stores in the area and have a great knowledge of the homebuilding/repair process, as well as the handyman/construction skills to do essentially anything in terms of rehabbing.

Is there a Rental Moritorum in Knoxville Tennessee because of the Covid 19 pandemic?
