Not shilling crypto, but highly recommend reading as much RELIABLE and informative information on BTC specifically.

So whether it's making you money or making you feel good about pissing away money, just keep on shilling for pricey status-symbol locks and pretending that your top-of-the-line lock can stand up to, again, a fifty-dollar cordless drill and a five-dollar cobalt drill bit.

Also, on a sidenote, @Larry Fried is not a neutral party, but a shill/promoter for the site that he linked to.

Unfortunately, the info shills who don't know what they're doing coined the term wholesaling and aggregated contract assignments into it because they don't know any better. 

Thank you for this.Although this particular conversation is directly intended to be a Cleveland vs Columbus discussion, the "Cleveland Real Estate Forum" is now just a tool for the Columbus shills to talk about how much greater Columbus is than Cleveland rather than a resource where actual investors in the Cleveland market can have constructive conversation.  

Two brand new accounts that don't even have a profile picture reviving a zombie thread to shill an expensive course with grandiose, positive only comments, while even using some of the same language, is extremely suspicious, fwiw.
