Do you like the school of hard knocks?

I felt like I needed to "graduate" and we spent some time looking at medium size apartment buildings.

Now that I’m approaching 50 I’ve graduated to house hacking a duplex instead of my primary residence.

Hi I recently graduated from eastern Michigan and always wanted to get into real estate but didn’t have the time because of football.

I think the winter market concerns are really primarily only really worrying if you are looking at a larger SFR attracting families to due the "school year" issue - but other types of strategies I don't think its as much of a concern

There are threads on here from 10+ years ago with Bill Gulley and all the old school BP heads debating about whether or not a wholesale transaction is simply a net listing by an unlicensed broker.

I just graduated college and got my license 5 months ago so I'm brand new to real estate as well.

Good neighborhoods, excellent schools, and literally--where does the house I want sit in the actual neighborhood...I say does it look like a $650K house area when I'm done?
