If it someone trying to drum up business for a family member you may want to steer clear.

They are using higher alleged values to drum up refinances, which require actual appraisals most of the time.

You might drum up a bit more business once you ditch the attitude and condescending tone. 

Also open to options on trying to get direct bookings - can you get in trouble with Airbnb/VRBO if you try to drum up directs?
