My full-time career is as a Firefighter, I coached my sons little league throughout the rehab so my days at the house weren't always consistent.

Right now this area I believe is going to be booming with all the new businesses and projects, including the new minor league stadium.

That knowledge will be valuable as you step up to the big leagues.

What I'm leading into more of this is, for people that talk on the podcasts about having a million dollar net worth, and champion the BRRRR strategy and staying leveraged....so essentially they have over 5 million in assets, but 4 million in liabilities, roughly, if they're staying leveraged?

How can I go bigger without being out of my league?

I was particularly surprised to learn Fundrise, which champions RE investment opportunities for unaccredited investors, has set up a QOF with that restriction.

Most of them make a ton of money and move to nicer parts of the county(Dickinson, League City, Friendswood, etc)With that being said, TC was once a very nice place to live.
