Constant moisture, soap scum, etc is a perfect breeding ground.

If they bring someone lasting happiness, Im not one to judge that....my concern is that few people understand the true "cost" or promising thier future away buying things they cant afford (ie-taking on payments)....and I'll step down from my soap box now.

@Alexander Lang last three I bought were top loaders............whether top or front the new ones all use less water.Tell your tenants to use way less soap, or preferably pods.

So pay attention in the listings to whether they include linens in their price, and things like toilet paper, soap, etc. 

If your cheap like me you will just tear the carpet out , unroll it in the driveway and pressure wash it using Joy dish soap where the dude died .
