I would even attack the markets where the Large REITS have saturated.Start small and Make Your Big Mistakes Early.Its your money, your always right, even if you're wrong.

Are you rejecting the animal because you have a severe allergy and would be unable to visit the home to collect rent or inspect the property, or maybe you were attacked by an animal as a child and you have a diagnoseable fear of dogs.  

I could just see somebody's dumb behind having a heart attack, heat stroke, or burn in that thing, then they or their family will hire an attorney to prove your sauna is 0.3 degrees hotter than the industry standard, doesn't have the correct signage, you didn't post the number to 911 inside the sauna....some sort of nonsense to make it your fault and expensive.

Also, I don't want this to come off as attacking or anything like that, just want to bring up a different point of view from someone who didn't necessarily struggle to pay rent but may understand those who answered the survey.

If prospects ask questions on the policy I let them know my first tenant moved the sweetest dog [Pitbull] in that ended up attacking the neighbor and her dog when they were unloading groceries.The neighbor asked I ensure this never happens again.The animal trainer evaluates the dog and gives recommendations to the owner and let's me know what they think.

Now this is not an attack on you, and I hope you are not like 99% of people who take things personally when someone doesn't agree with your opinion.

They will be to help map how much you qualify for and guide your plan the plan of attack from a financing standpoint. 

Basically it's a completely private spot for our tenants to be attacked and we're very concerned with their safety right now.
