Are these still an accurate depiction of the neighborhood grades 8 years later? 

I’m wondering what all I need to provide my tenants with this year as far as taxes are concerned.

this is a direct relation to lack of inventory.. new construction on many markets is as robust as its ever been.. we have had spectacular years the last 3 years of course during covid was tough with supply chains but my 500k house I am now selling for 700k and my build cost have gone up by maybe 100k.. so record profits for us..

My first live-in flip was a distressed 3,600 sqft home, shockingly not old just built in the 90s, but totally shot.

We have been at this for about 4 years have 5 properties and 7 doors and are also looking to keep growing. 

I strongly advise anyone purchasing an old house to flip to ensure they have a clear understanding of the condition of the home's drainage system.
