Hi there,I am looking to get into MHP investing, I have saved up a quite a bit of funds from selling houses.Is there anybody (preferably in SoCal, but not a big deal) that is in the MHP space, either a broker, or an investor, that can help provide some guidance & would be interested to connect?

I am learning that the inspection period is the most valuable as everyone has mentioned. hearing everyone's story about the amount of dollars that people spend on fixing a property makes my 10K look like nothing.

Especially if the condo can be a STR, an ocean view makes it more valuable...not to be a "butt head", but people can buy/rent and look at a parking lot anywhere for much less.If you think you've got a good agent, take their advice.
