I have a sneaking suspicion, that most investors would be better of letting their tenant’s miss 2-3 months of rent rather than trying to evict, but YMMV.I wish everyone the best of luck and health in these trying times.

I understand Match 9th, a statewide health emergency has been declared and hence evictions cannot be enacted on for 2 months or so but can be initiated.

Property owners use this income to pay for their own living expenses such as groceries, car payments, and health insurance.

Even a good tenant can turn bad based on changes in their life, health, etc.

@Ryan Mulkins often overlooked here is one of the reasons for a temporary eviction moratorium is public health in the face of the epidemic.

They are getting votes to secure their own taxpayer funded incomes and health insurance costs.
