I was just wondering if anyone know where I can find a mentor here in Denver with out paying the crazy scam cost of some of the bootcamps put on you.

I have already avoided my first scam with a private money lender ( who was referred to me from someone on BP) so I want to cover all my basis.

Anything that has to do with "education," is someone trying to scam you for money...maybe 90% of it.

I'm a book freak, more than 30 real estate books read, i'm from the Robert Kiyosaki Generation... including Dave Ramsey, Actually i get debt free following his snowball and baby steps system.Last 55 BP podcasts and a couple BP webinars, A lot of seminars in the area... most of them ends selling their mentoring system for thousands, sometimes sounds good but i do not want to be part of the scam group that buy the course and ends doing anything.Sales Associate, i just fail the first state exam, i re-schedule for next month, that's what i'm working really hard now.I definitely need to start networking with investors in my area, that is the main reason of this profile, scouting around here.This journey have already 2 years and no results.

Hi BPers,I've read about some BPers who have been scammed by investors.

Perhaps to draw more people into his scam as he knows investors are usually seeking money for thier projects.

I'm starting to suspect there is a huge scam going on- that the rents are not accounted for accurately...

I knew it was a scam.
