Find unique units which means either small buildings or units with a particularly unique feature like a huge private patio, exclusive rooftop access, etc.

There are lots of "infinity yes please" people out there but that assumes there's 20% annual return deals to be had all over the place with low risk.

Also know that there is good money to be made in understanding the basics of notes as a Main Street investor (as opposed to getting into notes as a new career in finance or getting involved in get rich quick schemes).
