I plan on reading the forums religiously to try and soak in as much knowledge as possible.

I've religiously been listening to the BP podcasts and finally venturing onto the forums.

Like a smart investor, I religiously plan for a portion of my gross rent to go toward replacing that roof in 20-30 years.

Be apart of RE groups/run one, become a thought leader (blogs, youtube channel, podcast of your own or go on others, linked in, facebook, etc), Join non-profits and become a leader, get in with a group of successful professionals (Doctors, Lawyers, Dentists, Athletes, etc) and add value to their profession, team up with other syndication companies and talk about what you are doing with everyone that you know. 

This is very welcome given the loss of such magazines as Community Management, Manufactured Home Merchandiser, the Manufactured Housing Journal, and others.You can get more details at: www.mhinsider.comFor those that don't understand, this is a huge risk of capital by these industry leaders and done because they care about the industry and put their money where their mouths were.

But we can post questions and pics on there including leases, etc.When someone comes across another investor we'd like to invite, we steer them to the facebook page. if they're not facebook friendly, we ask the leader of the group to add them to the group text.Text works good to a point but only if you have a smaller group.
