Hey everybody!  I just recently found out about BiggerPockets and I'm super excited to explore all of what this site has to offer.  I plan on reading the forums religiously to try and soak in as much knowledge as possible.  I don't really have any questions at this point.  I'm just excited to be a part of the community.
