Hundreds of thousands of investors have come here to learn, network, and make deals happen - there is nowhere else on the web that has such a high density or diversity of real estate investors.

I keep all my documents, invoices, bills, leases, everything scanned and saved in digital format on my computer, and cloud-backed up to a service that allows me to access all my files over a smart phone app or on the web from anywhere anytime.

For those interested in going outside their sphere of influence (Bigger Pockets) as a supplement to increase their resources for building capital; I found the Gale web site with the search engine to identify a multitude of directories...one in particular that caught my eye was entitled or had the gist was "early investors (e.g., comprehensive listing of angel investors, etc.).

There's also discussion on that thread about rent collection that's free to use for both investors and tenants, Venmo, but I've not used or researched about this web-based software.

Your local REIA group may have preferred vendors listed on their web site.

I’m confident that if they start saving now as well as increase their networking web to further job success, they’ll be properly equipped to tackle the issues confronting them.

You can A spend hours and hours on the web watching hour and a half long videos, be clueless of where to go, get sold a training that costs 5k plus (for information that you can learn on the web for free if you look hard enough, bigger pockets,crinoline, youtube, google, reitipster, ..the list goes on forever.

A web site is nice but you could also have the information in a Google Canned Response or something.
