I'm leaning towards the click together because I've had issue with edges peeling up on the peel and stick vinyl.I see these are the options: - Home Depot (Allure Premium @ 2.98/sq ft) - Lowe's (Various Brands @ 1.98/sq ft) - Lumber Liquidators (Store Brand @ 1.29/sq ft but with a 12 week lead time) - Surplus Warehouse (Various Brands @ 1.80/sq ft)Has anyone had success with these options?

My target is to pick up a duplex by year end in the 200-300 range so am keeping my eyes peeled and reading as much as I can on the side to equip myself with as much knowledge as possible before plunging in..Would be interested in hearing from any other local investors to get their feedback on JSQ and Harrison as investments for a newbie investor..

@Chris Adams , you need to consider that you're really doing two different things, and you need to take them separately:- Flipping a house- Investing in buy/holdIf you don't consider them separately, it's possible that profit on one side can mask a loss on the other side.For example, you might take a $50k purchase, put in $20k of work, and have a house worth $100k at the end.

It has a brand new roof, new siding, trim and rain gutters - but needs a new kitchen, bathroom and flooring.The paint is actually peeling away from the plaster on the walls and ceilings, but the plaster itself is still in good shape.They wanted $9,900 for the house, we offered $6500 and they accepted this morning.
