Also, lots of agents appear to be using ActiveRain as their substitute for a personal blog (which I personally thing is a waste of time as only other agents are on Active Rain reading my posts-although Active Rain does have good search engine penetration).Everything I have read suggests that you drive visitors from your website by all your off-line marketing activities.

By this, I mean I place marketing into two categories: Offline & Online. 

better put..You pick WHOEVER that SEEMS like they can help you and buy your house.Conversions online and offline comes down to ONE thing.

Driving traffic to a squeeze page That page has some great actionable information for anyone trying drive traffic to their page on or off line.

I want to start marketing myself to help find properties for wholesaling and since I'm starting out I don't want to spend money on things that probably won't help.Should I work more on the online side(BP, Website, SEO, adwords, content marketing) or more print/offline marketing(bandit signs, yellow cards, newsletter, etc)Of course I would like to do both down the road but starting out what gives you more bang for your buck?
