We do ask for W-2's and bank statements, it's right on our website.But, to ask your PMC to do this when it's NOT part of their standard process, after you've hired them, is not going to go over well, as you are experiencing.So, you have a choice, accept their standard process, pay them extra to do as you want or take them up on their offer to terminate.

Also - if you move in 1.5 yrs  - if you havent  already sold or  refinanced it - you will then need to  accept rates for  rental  proeprties ( not  the lower  primary residence rates) .

Accountants are in such demand, that the best are not even accepting clients half the time.The other problem I see often with accountants on here is that they specialize in larger investors, and have really high prices when you as a smaller investor do not need all the bells and whistles.Another thing I see is folks thinking they need to have a tax professional in their state.
