Half the time when I list a place I feel I should do them all and save the money and the other half I feel feel it is the worst 2.5-3% I could save.By the way I farm agents and if they bring me a deal they write up the offer and I promise them the relist.

I am trying to understand why they would not let you just use the same addresses once purchased to mail again...I believe Melissa Data does not work like List Source, they let you use the list as many time as you would like.I am evaluating these two to decide which one will work better, or which would be more convenient.

I will say that I've let people move in who I haven't met before-- we e-mailed back and forth, they applied and paid after I screened them and verified they were real and really moving here, looked up court records for them and rental references, and I read their e-mails and tone carefully.
