You can do something simple like transform a garage or unfinished basement into a "wellness center" for about $10K and then make business connections with local yogis, wellness practitioners, hold meditation retreats and specialized events.

They give you lots of resources with links to you tube videos, open office hours and online Q and A's, which are good, but I can't get the answers to the questions without attending these events.

The Events and Meet ups section on this forum is a great way to find meet ups near you. 

Seems like a waste not having a lot of doors going to an event like that, but I am open to a broader perspective.Thanks!
