Most times if the tenants see me I probably look homeless, since my construction "uniform" is a Carhart shirt with pocket, loose drawstring shorts, black work socks and heavy duty steel-toe boots.

There was a "tiny house" park built in Madison, WI for homeless people (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/11/17/tiny-home...) and as I drove by the crappy trailer park on the way to my son's preschool, I was thinking, "I wonder if Millennials would buy or rent a tiny house similar to a mobile home setup?"

Lol Homeless guy started a fire in the parking lot at a building one night, burned the wall on 2 units, both tenants had to be re-housed, insurance claim, repairs and insurance deductible, PITA.Homeless screwing and pooping on the regular right next to the gate at various buildings.

I got more entrenched in work, deal were still falling through left and right, tenants were vandalizing my property with no regard, I was still technically homeless and the IRS decided to freeze my accounts.

I've had the privilege of getting to know several people like this, a few I kid you not you may mistake for a homeless person they dress so shabbily, and yet literally have 8+ figures in net worth ... once you see the world through this lens, which I think is a lot closer to reality than many believe, then your perspective on life will change.
