Cite those statutes, please, because I've read them in my sphere of influence, and it says the landlord is repsonsible for the premises, to provide x, y, z structurally.

We're not even required to provide reg Z APR disclosure, if I recall correctly.

I ended up speaking with him and said I was going to go with someone else specifically  due to x, y and z, and he apologized and asked for one more chance.

A call to the P&Z, building regs office is your first step.This is a minor subdivision issue, they will likely have minimum sq ft requirements for a legal lot.

If there are X amount of cars, Y amount of houses, Z amount of diamond rings in the economy ... and I go out and find a gold nugget in the ground and introduce it into the economy ...
