They shouldn't have to fill that out twice.The intro letter should provide all your contact info, maybe a couple of your business cards so they can stick one on their fridge.

When you have value to offer right away you make better connections with buyers and you need help finding a buyer you can partner on your first couple of deals with a seasoned wholesaler. 

I tried to point this out sometime back and a  couple of posters tried to call me out and insinuated that I was making it up.. 

That is why you really don't see any stay in business more than a couple months.  

Couple weeks ago a crook submitted a W-2 with all their & employer info center-justified.

I was going to stay a couple nights with my family there over fall break and the nightly rates seem really crazy, between $300 and $900 for a typical rental house.

So if I don't wipe their debt I will be down about another couple grand over the next 12 months.
