Where do you live now and how did you choose those markets?

In multi-unit buildings, I just have my maintenance team toss this stuff in the basement in maintenance room where we can deal with it later. 

I’m also choosing these properties because I want to be able to put a large down payment on a personal residence and my idea is that these properties are worth far more so my options to take out larger sums of money will be easier.
