I would also run extensive background checks on anyone renting out your property and if they come with a pet, ask their landlords on how that pet has behaved in the past.

This can be done by installing additional duct and computer system bla bla... so the AC would behave sort of like the AC system in a car where the driver and passenger can control their own separate temperature.So if landlord wants COLD air blowing on 2nd floor unit and tenant wants HEAT in their 1st floor unit... this can be accomplished without having to install a second ac handler.

, (she) no, I go down there and throw their stuff in the street and tell them not to come back, (me) but these are ex-cons, I certainly wouldn't do that, (me) and the other men help me, nothing bad has ever happened, they are very well behaved because they know this is the end of the road if they mess up, (me) I'm silent at that point.Thinking about this a little more ... once a woman learns to deal with men in a business setting, she may actually have an advantage!
