Explain what you got, You could have a commercial type lease to a corporate entity, best would be having your attorney review what they want. :)

They seem to be having some luck negotiating a reduction with the municipality, but I don't have many details.  

They should be have better pricing as well. 

I would also run extensive background checks on anyone renting out your property and if they come with a pet, ask their landlords on how that pet has behaved in the past. 

Charge the pet deposit or increase the rent, but also meet with the dog beforehand to see how it behaves and whatnot.

Since they are new and already making requests I would come down hard on them and inform them that you will be having new cabinets installed and billed to them with their next rent bill.

I dressed, behaved, and spoke like I was suppose to.

This can be done by installing additional duct and computer system bla bla... so the AC would behave sort of like the AC system in a car where the driver and passenger can control their own separate temperature.So if landlord wants COLD air blowing on 2nd floor unit and tenant wants HEAT in their 1st floor unit... this can be accomplished without having to install a second ac handler.

This makes minimal sense to me, as I'd /  I'll be (having VAs!)
