I have tried Zelle, Cash app, and Venmo but that seems very limited on functionality.

I use 3rd party apps that have a better layout.

What app do you recommend using to collect payment?

I just realized after trying the crappy driving for dollars app on the play store, that Google has a Timeline feature.If you have your map open and press Go, it will track where you went and you can go back and look it up later.While driving, you can click on the houses you find and "Save" them to a "List" you create which will show the street view and you can even add you own current photos.Who knew?

I use rentredi, for the most part it’s great, affordable easy to use, and it’s integrated with latchel which is pretty cool. but a couple of my issues with it are, there’s no way for a tenant to access and pay on a desktop, only smartphone app.

Keep it for the additional risk of doing business outside the app.
